BFT Traralgon is growing, and we're looking for our next coach to join the team. Someone who's passionate about helping others, hungry to grow, and ready to bring great energy to the floor, even if they're just starting out.
We're big on potential. If you care about people, love movement, and want to build a career in fitness, we'd love to meet you.
What we're looking for- A people-first attitude: we coach humans, not reps
- Comfortable leading groups, or keen to learn fast
- Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to get involved
- Cert III in Fitness (minimum) or currently studying
- Availability for mornings, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays
- A supportive, no-ego team culture
- Mentoring, development, and real career growth
- A welcoming community who genuinely appreciate great coaching
