Ontrac Solutions is seeking a Solution Design Expert to lead our client's Enterprise Support Systems (ESS) transformation stream, modernizing Group-wide ERP, HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, and Treasury systems. The role ensures unified processes, architecture consistency, and cross-market delivery while driving adoption of best-in-class enterprise platforms. The position reports to the Ontrac Solutions IT Director for Execution & Delivery Excellence function.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver ESS programs covering ERP, HCM, payroll, procurement, expense management, treasury, and financial consolidation.
- Ensure architecture alignment and delivery governance across business units and client markets.
- Manage vendor delivery and integrations with platforms such as Sage, Sun Systems, Baya, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, ADP, Cornerstone, Sage X3, OneStream, and Kyriba.
- Standardize core processes (finance, HR, procurement) while ensuring localization for tax, payroll, and labor law compliance.
- Partner with CFOs, CHROs, and CIOs to ensure ESS initiatives deliver measurable efficiency, compliance, and business value.
- Drive change management, user adoption, and training across multiple operating companies and business units.
- Monitor program KPIs, financials, and delivery milestones to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.
- 8-12 years in ERP/HCM/ESS delivery, program management, and enterprise IT transformation.
- Proven track record in multi-country rollouts of platforms such as Sage X3, SAP, Oracle, OneStream, or Kyriba.
- Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, treasury management, payroll, and HR compliance in multi-jurisdiction contexts.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, vendor governance, and organizational change leadership.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment models, SaaS platforms, and data governance best practices.
