A Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) Sales Executive for Conrad Dubai will maximize revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences, and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions.
What will I be doing?
As GCE Sales Executive, you will maximize revenue in group reservations, conferences, and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions. You will interact frequently with guests and customers to earn repeat and expanded business. Your responsibilities include:
- Receiving and converting incoming inquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
- Managing an events schedule to maximize yield
- Executing up-selling strategies consistently
- Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs
- Arranging and conducting hotel show rounds
- Ensuring the administration and execution of all planned events
- Participating in hotel promotional activities
What are we looking for?
The ideal GCE Sales Executive should maintain a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a high level of customer service. Key qualities include:
- Good organizational and administrative skills

- Previous experience in a sales environment
Preferred qualifications and experience include:
