Location : V0H 1T0 Job Title: Grill chef Salary: $ 28.00 per hour Vacancy - 2 Employment Groups: Indigenous people, Newcomers to Canada, Visible Minorities, Youth Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time, 32 Hours per Week Start Date: As soon as possible Overview Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 1 year to less than 2 years On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks Create new recipes Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods Requisition food and kitchen supplies Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food Prepare and cook grilled menu items, including premium steaks, seafood, and sides as directed and meets quality standard Ensure proper grilling techniques, cooking times, and temperatures for all meats and seafood Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards at the grill station Ensure health and safety regulations are followed How to apply: By email:
