MainStreet Family Care is a rocket-ship as we focus on MASSIVE REGIONAL EXPANSION. We are opening a new urgent care clinic every two weeks across the rural Southeast as we grow from 50 to over 75 clinics and beyond. We operate in 4 states (soon to be 5) and provide healthcare access in rural towns under our MainStreet and KidsStreet brands.
The Role: You will assist both the marketing team and the training team. Creating graphic designs, shooting and editing pictures, creating ads and various marketing collateral, shooting and editing videos, designing and editing online leaning modules. You love the visual medium and are a master of all its art forms. You are already a master of AI image tools such as Midjourney and Adobe Firefly and are deep into emerging AI video tools.
The Day-to-Day:
- Graphic Design: Develop visually appealing and consistent designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, brochures, posters, and other marketing collateral.
- Videography: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that showcase our urgent care services, patient testimonials, educational content, and promotional campaigns as well as content for our training team.
- Photography: Capture and edit high-quality images of our facilities, staff, and events to be used in marketing material and on social media.
- Storytelling: Utilize creative storytelling techniques to capture the essence of our urgent care services and showcase our commitment to patient care and well-being.
What Experience You'll Need:
- Passion. You really love the visual medium. You are always taking pictures, shooting videos, playing with new AI tools. You just love it.
- An extensive portfolio where you can showcase your experience in graphic design, videography, and photography.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and video editing software (Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Knowledge of videography equipment, lighting, and sound recording techniques to produce high-quality video content.
- Already deep into AI tools, they are fascinating to you (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Dall-E, Firefly).
