Our Graduate program aims to develop entry-level sales consultants to the Redox business, leading to a rewarding career.
The Program is available to applicants who have completed their Bachelor's degree, ideally within Science, Business, or a relevant industry degree.

About the Graduate Program

You will be given Sales Training, Mentorship, and a group of entry-level customers within a designated industry to start you on your career. You will be eligible for our performance-based Bonus after 6 months and after 12 months a review for a vehicle allowance. There are clear lines of progression within Redox with numerous examples of long-term tenure. More than just a job, Redox offers a career.

About the role

This role is balanced between hands-on visits with your customers and desk-based work.

A typical day involves information gathering, creating proposals, price negotiation, customer visits, and consulting with internal and external stakeholders.

About you

1. Degree in either Business or Science or a relevant degree
2. An interest in Chemistry or Business
3. Goal-orientated
4. Curious and enthusiastic to learn
5. Enjoy developing relationships
6. Previous customer service experience e.g. retail or hospitality
