We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Accountant to join our Business Advisory division in our Melbourne CBD office. This role is ideal for recent accounting graduates eager to kick start their professional career in a supportive environment that encourages development and progression. This graduate program commences in February 2026, giving you the chance to enjoy your summer break before starting your professional journey with us.

• Assist in preparing financial statements and statutory compliance reports, including BAS, GST, FBT and tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships and trusts
• Support the team in managing client assignments
• Liaise directly with clients and ATO and assist with general queries
• Work collaboratively with Partners, Managers and colleagues across the firm
• Learn to use accounting systems including APS, MYOB, Xero and other cloud based tools

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline
• Completion of CA prerequisite subjects (eligibility to commence the CA Program)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts and standards
• A proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team
