Global Uniform Coordinator

OneSchool Global is seeking a Uniform Coordinator to join them on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will see you responsible for the day-to-day management and operational delivery of the OneSchool - OneLook Global uniform program.

This role ensures seamless vendor engagement, accurate stock monitoring, financial reconciliation, and efficient handling of Tier 2 parent inquiries. The Global Uniform Coordinator will manage uniform-related communications, support the parent uniform subsidy program, and prepare regular financial and uniform performance reports. The role also includes monitoring website performance and acting as the central point of contact for website change requests, coordinating with vendors as required.

Knowledge & Skills

• Vendor and Supply Chain Management: Experience managing external suppliers and stock tracking.
• Financial Acumen: Ability to reconcile accounts, manage subsidies, and produce accurate financial reports.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-centric approach.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve parent queries and operational issues efficiently.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, online ordering platforms, and inventory management systems.
• Website and Systems Management: Familiarity with e-commerce or ordering platforms, including website performance monitoring.

About You

• Prior experience in operations, procurement, or vendor management (education or retail sector preferred).
• Experience in financial reporting and account reconciliation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with website content or performance monitoring.
