Job Overview:

We're hiring a hands-on General Manager to launch and operate our first Mountain Mike's Pizza in Midwest City. If you're an experienced leader in the restaurant world and ready to grow with a new brand in OKC, this is your shot!

Your Role:

• Run daily operations (kitchen & dining)
• Hire, train, and schedule team members
• Ensure quality, food safety, and cleanliness
• Control food and labor costs
• Boost sales and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with ownership to grow the business

Requirements:

• 3+ years in restaurant management (pizza/QSR preferred)
• Strong team leadership and communication
• High energy, reliable, and results-oriented
• ServSafe certified (or willing to get certified)
• Able to work nights/weekends/holidays as needed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
