Your Opportunity

We are looking for General Manager to join our Talent Pool for potential opportunities with Serco across various contracts in the UAE.

Key Accountabilities

• Report to the Citizen Services & Defense Operations Director, managing stakeholder relationships across a wide range of client representatives.
• Oversee the overall delivery and performance of a multiservice IFM contract, including Estates Management, Support Services, and Soft Services.
• Drive and deliver transformation programs for second-generation IFM service delivery contracts
• Ensure the implementation of integrated asset management technology platforms, delivered on time and fully functional as per contract commitments.
• Manage Serco's Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and their appointed specialist providers
• Lead "Operational Excellence" initiatives by adopting and implementing LEAN strategies and processes
• Knowledge of both international and local (UAE) statutory and legislated requirements for managing large properties
  
  

Specific Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing within a Facilities Management (FM) environment
• At least 5 years of experience managing multi-disciplined people managers, including support functions (e.g., finance, procurement).
• Proven ability to lead a diverse, multi-cultured, multi-disciplined workforce to achieve high-quality service delivery
• In-depth knowledge of asset management, including delivery of ISO 55001 standards
• Extensive experience with CAFM systems such as FSI Concept Evolution, IBM Maximo, or Tririga
• Demonstrated ability to deliver digital asset management strategies
• Financial management expertise, with a proven ability to control and meet budget objectives
• Degree in Facilities Management or a related qualification
