Our exclusive resort is home to 182 guest rooms, suites, and villas across four distinct wings - Pool, Lagoon, Beach, and Pavilion - each designed to immerse guests in unforgettable island experiences. We are seeking an experienced Luxury General Manager to lead the resort's continued success. You will bring a deep understanding of remote, high end resort operations, and a natural ability to inspire and lead in a unique and highly rewarding setting.

• Leading all aspects of operational activities of the hotel
• Overseeing smooth management of the employee accommodation/village
• Continuously driving creative ideas to enhance local and international business at the resort
• Recruiting, leading, managing and motivating a strong team, upskilling, measuring and managing performance
• Prioritising relationships with guests and external contacts such as current and potential clients, government officials, travel industry representatives, suppliers, and local communities
• Creating unique guest and employee engagement programmes

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Luxury Resort General Manager to lead our remote property with vision, drive, and dedication to excellence. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• A proven track record of success - as a General Manager in a remote, luxury resort setting
• Strong commercial acumen - with a focus on top line revenue growth and profitability
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships - with owners and key stakeholders
• Familiarity with Australian labour laws and compliance requirements
• The right to live and work in Australia - this is essential for the role
