About the RoleWe're opening our GCC operations from Dubai and are looking for a Business Developer & Growth professional with the networks, experience, and credibility to help us land quickly in the region. This is not a "sales rep" role. You have the potential to become Renaiss' GCC Country Manager. You'll work directly with the founding team to:
- Open doors with government, enterprise, and consultancy partners.
- Position Renaiss as the trusted partner for secure, production-ready AI infrastructure.
- Close high-impact deals across all industries, especially those where accuracy, compliance, and privacy & security are non-negotiable (energy, utilities, finance, healthcare, government).
- Based in Dubai or GCC, with proven networks in enterprise IT, government, or consulting ecosystems.
- Track record of landing enterprise or government clients in SaaS, IT infrastructure, or digital transformation.
- Fluency in enterprise IT concepts (integration, orchestration, cloud/on-prem, compliance).
- Able to engage both business leaders (CEOs, COOs) and technical decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data/AI).
- A clear communicator who can translate complex infrastructure into business outcomes.
- Independent, resourceful, and pragmatic. You don't need a playbook.
- Bonus: familiarity with AI, regulated industries, or government digital transformation agendas in the GCC.
- Lead market entry for Renaiss in GCC, opening enterprise and government accounts.
- Leverage your existing networks and connections to generate traction in the first 6 months.
- Build strategic partnerships with consultancies, integrators, and government digital authorities.
- Adapt and refine GTM messaging for the GCC business culture and regulatory environment.
- Work closely with the founding team to shape pilots, deals, and long-term contracts.
- Create feedback loops to ensure we learn fast: what's working, what's not.
