Garden Maintenance Team Member

We're seeking a Garden Maintenance Team Member to support our landscaping and horticulture operations. This hands on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

• Planting, weeding, pruning, and watering
• Lawn mowing, edging, and turf care
• Soil and mulch preparation
• Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment
• Following safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
• Supporting your Team Leader and working effectively with your crew

• Experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance (preferred)
• Physically fit - able to lift, bend, kneel, and work in all weather
• Reliable, motivated, and team-focused
• Able to follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard
• Valid Driver's Licence
• White Card
