Your New Role and Responsibilities

This role serves as a strategic integrator and conduit between HR, business leaders, and BD/capture teams, embedding workforce intelligence into tendering processes as a source of competitive advantage. By translating enterprise workforce strategy into evidence-based tender narratives and commercially robust workforce models, the role directly enhances win probability, strengthens sovereign capability, and enables sustainable workforce delivery across major Defence and Government programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing commercially grounded workforce models, integrating demand/supply scenarios, costings, and talent pipeline insights

  • Anticipating workforce risks and constraints, designing risk-adjusted workforce solutions that strengthen delivery assurance

  • Producing clear, compelling, and analytically robust workforce inputs that demonstrate organisational depth and credibility

  • Operating with agility across multiple tenders, balancing short timeframes with the need for strategic alignment and accuracy

  • Ensuring workforce solutions reinforce both project delivery outcomes and long-term workforce resilience and sustainability

What You'll Bring to Make An Impact
  • Track record of collaborating with stakeholder to enhance tender outcomes.

  • Demonstrated commercial expertise in workforce modelling, translating workforce capabilities into solutions that address business imperatives and competitive tender requirements.

  • Extensive experience engaging and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with the proven capability of proactively and effectively influencing decision makers.

  • Knowledge of market trends, competitive analysis and business transformation strategies.
