Are you a relationship builder with a passion for inspiring generosity and driving impact?
Lead strategies that grow fundraising income and partnerships for a trusted child, youth and family services organisation.
Kids First Australia is a leading child, youth and family services organisation with a 130-year legacy of standing beside children and families. We exist to improve the life trajectories of children and young people across Australia. This inspires us every day.
As our Fundraising Manager, you'll design and deliver strategies that strengthen our revenue streams, build authentic partnerships, and engage donors and supporters to advance our purpose.
We want to hear from you if you enjoy:- Developing and implementing fundraising campaigns, appeals and events that inspire action
- Building strong relationships with donors, corporate partners, and community supporters
- Leading stewardship initiatives that communicate impact and foster long-term engagement
- Driving growth across individual giving, partnerships, events, and community fundraising
- Collaborating with a talented team to deliver integrated campaigns and creative content.
You're a strategic thinker with hands on experience in fundraising and partnerships. You've successfully grown revenue through one or more streams - whether individual giving, corporate partnerships, or events - and you know how to craft compelling proposals and donor communications. You're data driven, organised, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
