You are applying for the position of Fundraising Lead with Dementia Australia. This position is located in North Ryde - Gibson-Denney Centre.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and improving implementation of supporter journeys to boost engagement and lifetime value
• Overseeing high-quality supporter care across phone, email, and web channels
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date supporter records in the CRM
• Collaborating with Acquisition to smoothly onboard new supporters
• Monitoring and responding to donor feedback and concerns with professionalism, using insights to improve the supporter experience
• Supporting loyalty campaigns like uplift calls and milestone messages
• Providing resources and support to drive long-term engagement with Dementia Australia's mission
• Building strong relationships to encourage ongoing support

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Tertiary degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or lesser formal qualifications with substantial experience
• Minimum of 3 years of fundraising experience in a similar leadership role within the not-for-profit sector
• Ability to embrace new ideas and change initiatives
• Ability to build, foster, and sustain relationships (internally and externally)
• Understanding of available technologies and information to maximise efficiencies
• Ability to motivate people and develop capability through mentoring
