We're Hiring: Group Fitness CoachWe're on the lookout for a dynamic, motivated, and knowledgeable coach to become part of our growing team! Whether you're just starting out or have years of experience, if you're all about helping people reach their goals, bringing good vibes, and building strong community connections, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do- Lead high energy, results driven group training sessions
- Build relationships with members and support their fitness journey
- Keep the BFT energy alive - great music, positive vibes, and high fives all around
- Lend a hand with day to day studio operations and community events
- Cert III & IV in Fitness (essential)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- A passion for making fitness fun, inclusive, and impactful
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and
- A team player who thrives in a fast paced, high energy environment
