Fullstack (Nodejs+Reactjs) Developer

Full-time Fullstack Developer focused on Spring Boot, microservices and enterprise applications. The role emphasizes design, development, performance tuning, and production readiness in distributed services environments.

• Develop and design with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Perform performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring of services.
• Apply containerization concepts and work with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement cloud design patterns and CI/CD pipelines; troubleshoot issues in distributed services ecosystems.
• Work with API gateway integrations (e.g., 3Scale, Kong) and ensure resiliency and monitoring in production.
• Build high-performance enterprise applications with front-end technologies when needed (Node.js/TypeScript, HTML/CSS).
• Adhere to coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards; follow Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate across teams and influence technical decisions to improve productivity and effectiveness.

• Education: Degree or postgraduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of development and design experience in Spring Boot and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring.
• Strong understanding of containerization; experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Extensive coding experience with SOLID principles, Event Driven Architecture; experience with Spring Boot, Kafka, MongoDB, Spring Cloud, Hibernate; passion for coding.
• Experience with cloud design patterns and their implementation.
• Well-versed in CI/CD principles; able to troubleshoot issues in distributed services ecosystem.
• Familiar with distributed services resiliency and production monitoring.
• Experience with API gateway integrations (3Scale, Kong, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in Node.js (TypeScript), HTML, CSS preprocessors or CSS-in-JS for enterprise front-ends; noSQL databases.
• Experience in Banking/Financial/Fintech in an enterprise environment preferred.
• Knowledge of security, coding, unit testing and documentation standards; ability to work in Agile teams.
