Job Details:
- Location: Abu Dhabi, AE
- Salary: AED 10,000/month + commission (discussed during interview)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in spa management, preferably in international 5-star hotels
- Languages: English required; Russian preferred
- Start date: Immediately
- Employment type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the spa and fitness center
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Control budgets and monitor financial performance
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Maintain knowledge of competitors and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Over 2 years of relevant experience in spa management
- Knowledge of spa operations and products
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Russian
- Ability to manage payroll and budgets
- Relocate or commute reliably to Abu Dhabi
