We are seeking an HR Professional specializing in HR Operations at Luxury Resorts. Our goal is to build a memorable and unique experience for our guests.
Job OverviewOur Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. They process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share the highlights of the local area.
The key to success in this role includes creating a safe work place, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
Responsibilities and RequirementsGuest Experience Experts will be on their feet and moving around, taking a hands-on approach to work, and may be required to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
