Be the reason someone smiles this week. We're looking for a kind and caring volunteer to spend time with a wonderful older lady in Valentine who would love the warmth and friendship of regular visits.

She enjoys doing quizzes, word puzzles, and having a good chat over a cuppa - and would love someone to share these moments with on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

Our lovely client is a retired nurse who spent her life caring for others, and now she'd appreciate a caring companion to share stories, laughter, and friendship with. Your visits will bring warmth, connection, and a sense of belonging to her week - and you might find that it brightens your own days, too.

Location: Valentine

Time commitment: 1 hour per week (flexible)

Impact: Deep, personal, and lasting

We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for an hour visit between 9am and 4pm Monday to Sunday, visits could be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability.
