Our client a well-established transport company based in central London are looking for a French speaking PA to join them on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, hardworking, and supportive team.

Schedule: Hours/days: 9am - 17pm / hybrid working

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Central London

Pay: 20- 25 per hour, depending on experience

Roles:

  • Act on behalf of the Chief Operating Officer, making decisions and delegating work to others in his/her absence.
  • Manage the diary of the Chief Operating Officer and Operations Senior Management Team along with all supporting tasks
  • Monitor, prioritise and respond to emails and bi-lingual correspondence (French/English) as appropriate and necessary.
  • Screen and answer all telephone calls, take messages, and respond to queries as appropriate.
  • Organise in-house and off-site meetings: venue search and events.
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage submission of expense claims - process & submit receipts accurately and on schedule by regularly liaising with Finance & Procurement.
  • Manage office stationery and supplies.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment and arrange for necessary repairs
  • Responsible for organising and preparing schedule for Work Placement withinthe department.
  • Build crucial relationships to the Operations department, the wider company and multiple service providers

Key Skills:

  • Bi-lingual (English and French)
  • Experience supporting Senior Management is a must
  • Strong organisational and project/programs/research management experience
  • Ability to multi-task autonomously in a fast paced and complex environment
  • Strategic and tactical thinking skills
  • Outstanding Financial and business acumen (accounts and budgets)
  • Commitment to, and enthusiasm for, client service and delivery
  • Flexible and adaptable
