Order Taking:
- Receive room service orders via phone, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
- Input orders into the POS system promptly and accurately.
Guest Interaction:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, being polite, attentive, and responsive.
- Address dietary requirements and communicate with the kitchen.
- Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
Coordination with Departments:
- Coordinate with the kitchen and relevant departments for timely service.
- Communicate changes or special requests effectively.
- Monitor order status and follow up for timely delivery.
Billing and Payments:
- Ensure accurate billing and process payments according to hotel policies.
- Address billing inquiries or discrepancies promptly.
Inventory and Supplies:
- Maintain and report on inventory levels of supplies.
Cleanliness and Organization:
- Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to hygiene standards.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with additional duties during peak times.
