Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha is looking for a creative and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to curate exceptional dining experiences and oversee the full spectrum of our food and beverage operations. Perfectly located along the iconic Sheikh Zayed Road, Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha offers guests a seamless blend of modern hospitality and unbeatable access to the best of Dubai. • Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets and banquet services.
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional dining experiences in line with IHG standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team to achieve high guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver innovative menus and promotions.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and implement cost controls to maximize profitability.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• 5-7 years of F&B management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Preferably with IHG brand experience.
• Currently based in the UAE with knowledge of local dining trends.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.
• Passion for guest satisfaction and food & beverage innovation.
