FP&A Senior Analyst (m/f/d) at Halian Managed Services, Recruitment Agency & Contract Staffing - Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Our client, a growing holding group, is looking for an experienced FP&A Senior Analyst to join their team in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

Lead key components of budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning processes.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business scenarios and support strategic decisions.
Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Create and maintain management dashboards and KPI reports to track performance against targets.
Support the evaluation of new initiatives, capital investments, and other strategic projects.

Qualifications

Fully qualified accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA) highly preferred.
4 6 years of experience in FP&A, investment analysis, or corporate finance.
Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills; proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or Adaptive Insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders.
Arabic speaking is a plus.

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
