Do you want to work with one of the world's top consumer goods corporations? Our client has an opportunity for a Forklift Operator to join their well-established team on a casual basis located in the Hazelmere area.
This opportunity is a fixed shift roster of 5 days (6AM-2PM) with free onsite parking, a competitive hourly rate of $32.31 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) plus shift penalties and further training provided!
Responsibilities- Load and unload trucks and trailers carrying palletised goods
- Move pallets between the production area and warehouse
- Operate a gas-powered forklift with rear steering, similar to those used at CCA
- Ensure the safe and efficient handling of goods in both yard and warehouse environments
- 3 to 5 years of forklift operating experience
- Proven ability to operate counterbalance forklifts in warehouse or yard settings
- Experience with loading and unloading palletised freight from trucks or trailer
- Competency with gas-powered forklifts, preferably with rear steer capability
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures
- Successful completion of a forklift assessment before commencement
