Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Food Manufacturing company. We are looking for a Mechanical Foreman to oversee and coordinate the mechanical activities in a poultry processing facility. This role involves supervising a team of mechanics ensuring compliance with safety standards and managing the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Equipment Efficiency and Availability.
- Responsible for Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance in the area of responsibility.
- Leading Continuous Improvement Projects.
- Development and Adherence to Maintenance Tasks and Plan
- Development of Spare Part Strategy
- Identification Development and Training of the Team in Maintenance process.
- Development & Implementation of Trouble Shooting guide RCA & PDCA Process.
- Developing Culture within the Team for Safe System of Working.
- Management of Maintenance Budget.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 Years in Meat & Poultry Processing industry.
- At least 3 Years in the maintenance department in multinational companies
- Education: Mechanical Engineer Diploma or High School Certificate.
- Must have working English proficiency
