Eram Talent is on the lookout for a skilled Foreman - Maintenance for a project in Abu Dhabi. As a leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy, we are committed to matching top-tier professionals with industry leaders. In this role, the Foreman - Maintenance will oversee maintenance operations, ensuring that all activities are performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards.
If selected, you will be based in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities- Supervise maintenance staff and manage day-to-day maintenance operations.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
- Provide training and mentorship to maintenance team members as needed.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety standards.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in maintenance operations.
