Job Responsibilities 
- Supervise and coordinate fit-out, joinery, marble, tile, and screed activities at the site
- Ensure work is carried out as per project specifications, drawings, and quality standards
- Assign duties to workers, monitor productivity, and manage site manpower
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Report daily progress and site issues to the Project Manager/Engineer
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and adherence to safety protocols
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Foreman in fit-out and joinery works
- Hands-on experience in marble, tiles, and screed works is essential
- Ability to read drawings, assign tasks, and supervise site activities effectively
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in fit-out, joinery, and finishing works
- Knowledge in handling marble, tile, and screed work
- Ability to lead teams and manage day-to-day site operations
- Accommodation and transportation provided by the company
