You will also ensure correct and efficient delivery of patient food carts and some minor food preparation will be required. General cleaning of the kitchen and fridges, floor, ceiling etc. Deliver meal trolleys to the wards and external sites - morning or afternoon Thoroughly clean fix-based equipment Clean equipment and utensils Clean external food service trolleys and trays Carry out food safety monitoring proceduresClassifications for this position will range from IN13 - IN14 ($49,145 - $53,508 per annum pro rata). We are fully functional kitchen operating 365 days of the year, producing approximately 2500 meals daily in accordance to the "cook-chill" methodology for all sites.The department consists of over 85 employees, ranging from cooks/chefs, kitchen hands and food service assistants.
