Requisition food and kitchen supplies Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Address customers' complaints or concerns Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Prepare food order summaries for chef Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Provide customer service Monitor staff performance Train staff Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Set staff work schedules Organize and maintain inventory Plan and organize daily operations Qualifications: Minimum of 1 years of experience in food service area or a related role. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and scheduling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
