You will also focus on project delivery and business development, through identifying opportunities and proposal development to secure new work.

- Managing multidisciplinary projects, maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.
- Conducting technical reviews and mentoring junior staff, providing guidance and feedback to help them develop their skills.
- Contributing to business development and writing proposals, identifying opportunities to secure new projects.
What you will bring to the team
- Bachelor of Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
- Between 8 & 20 years of experience in a similar role in a consulting environment.
- Strong skills in flood modelling, including proficiency in GIS, TUFLOW, HECRAS, specialist hydrology software (RORB, WBNM, etc.,) along with advanced analytical and excel skills
- Strong client relationship skills and project management skills in water resources projects
