This is a great opportunity for someone to work as part of the existing team, providing administrative support and liaising with the clients as well as Paraplanners and Financial Advisors. Ideally we are looking for someone with at least 3 years recent experience of a similar role and knowledge of the financial services industry. Previous use of Investment Wrap platforms and Intelligent Office would be an advantage.
Financial Planning Administrator duties (to include but not exhaustive)
- Communicating with clients and third party providers
- Completion of client instructions, contract notes and policy documents.
- Maintenance of the back office system
- Maintenance of compliance documentation
- Communication with providers to track business from start to finish.
