Search have an opportunity available with one of our clients due to progression within the business. My client is looking to add a Finance Administrator to their team on a permanent basis.
This opportunity would be suitable for someone who has an interest in pursuing a career within finance as you will be fully trained and progressed within the business. No experience is required, however my client is keen to have someone that has a genuine interest in a long term opportunity within this area.
My client are a well know supplies company based in Cambuslang and are offering a salary of 23 - 25k depending on experience. Hours of work will be either 7am - 3.30pm or 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday and this will be rotated every 2 weeks. Parking is available on site at the office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Setting up new accounts
- Liaise with branches to complete banking's
- Support credit control team with all administration
- Process Payments
- Process credit checks
- Allocation of money onto accounts
- Process invoices
- Ad hoc administration tasks
- 23 days holiday & Bank Holidays
- Company Pension Contribution
- Yearly profit share award
