An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join our well-established and values-driven client based in Southwold. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become a permanent position. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the finance team and ensuring the smooth operation of core financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day finance operations including credit control, accounts payable, and duty processes
- Manage internal and external finance-related queries
- Process payments and assist with financial reporting
- Contribute to month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and statutory returns
- Assist with audit and tax compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure accurate and timely financial support
What We re Looking For
- Qualified, part-qualified, or experienced finance professional
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and financial systems
- Excellent attention to detail and understanding of financial procedures
- Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
