Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a professional services firm based in Birmingham city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within finance.
Finance Administrator Responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end billing, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
Assist with credit control, aged debt management, and improving cash flow.
Help prepare financial reports, revenue forecasts, and KPI updates.
Maintain accurate financial and administrative records, ensuring VAT and compliance standards are met.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency across finance and operations.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a finance, billing, or administrative support role (professional services experience desirable).
Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
A proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop within the role.
