Overview

The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business. Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project. As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region. It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew. Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable. Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis.
  • Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project, including communication with the WTI Field Resources Supervisor, Sales Reps, crew members, and the customer as needed.
  • Efficiently manage projects by coordinating crew start/end times, daily productivity, and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the project safely and efficiently. Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification after issuance by the Supervisor.
  • Use the designated company reporting tool to complete end-of-day and end-of-project walk-throughs, address punch list items, and provide updates on work performed and materials used.
  • Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps maintain a professional appearance and customer interaction while servicing customers.
  • Order, track, and monitor inventory; perform quarterly cycle counts and submit timely.
  • Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
  • Submit all proposals over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before logging with the GS Administrator and distribution to the Sales Rep.
  • Monitor and manage Field Reps; work with the Supervisor to resolve employee work-related issues and escalate to HR as required.
  • Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.
  • Review time reports daily and coordinate corrections with the admin team.
  • Attend all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.
  • Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • 30-hour OSHA certification
  • Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
  • Must be familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-slope roofing systems, and how to repair them properly.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $65,000. This range is an estimate based on qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
