Reporting to the Field Engineering Manager, your new role as a Field Engineer will see you creating opportunities through specifications and influencing key decision makers to deliver product/service sales within Hilti product portfolio and Engineering Services. This position is an important part of the business, shaping the construction industry all the way from concept & design through to installation & maintenance.
What You'll Bring- Tertiary qualifications in engineering (Civil or Structural are preferred)
- A valid Australian drivers license and ability to travel
- Experience in design and/or project engineering
- Marketing and / or sales, account development experience is an advantage
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation and persuasion
- Ability to innovate and to communicate ideas effectively.
- Effective planning to maximise productivity and customer-facing time
