Responsibilities- Greet and interact with customers in a warm and professional manner, providing expert fashion advice tailored to their needs.
- Understand and stay updated on current fashion trends and the latest merchandise to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist customers in selecting garments and accessories that complement their style and preferences.
- Maintain the presentation of the store by ensuring products are well-displayed and inventory is well-managed.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, offering personalized service that encourages repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Fluency in Russian and English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in fashion retail or as a fashion consultant is preferred.
