Physician Assistant - Family Care / Primary Care

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in Eminence, KY. This is a full-time position at our well-established medical center, located conveniently near Louisville, KY. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services under the supervision of our physicians, focusing on outpatient care including well visits, sick visits, chronic care management, and physicals.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation:
- Starting salary of $90,000, increasing to $100,000 after 3 months

Responsibilities:
- Conduct well visits, sick visits, and physical examinations
- Manage chronic care patients, providing ongoing assessment and treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Qualifications:
- Master s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Valid state license to practice as a Physician Assistant in Kentucky
