-Hybrid schedule in patient homes and at home: Monday through Friday 8:30 - 5:00 pm
-Home care or hospice experience preferred
-Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles from home
-Must reside in downtown Houston (Targeting zip codes like 77002, 77019, 77007, 77003, 77004, etc.).

Pay flexible

This is a full time position.
