• Patient Demographics: Mix of peds & adults
• Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs
• Procedures: Include some Chronic Pain Management
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:
- CVs need to have month & date on their work experience w/all gaps in employment accounted for.
- Chart closure within 72 hrs.
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• Active CA License
• BC
• BLS
• DEA
• 3 years of experience in a similar setting.
• PAs must have a CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate.
• NPs must have a Furnishing License with Schedules II.
• Immunizations such as Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray (results must be within 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer/Complete Immunization Series, etc.
