Job Description:

SiviMed Internal Medicine and Primary Care, a leading healthcare provider in Frederick, Maryland, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our esteemed team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work alongside one of Marylands highest-rated primary care physician in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, including both sick and well visits.
• Manage complex cases with a high level of expertise and compassion.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in a Primary Care setting.
  • No New Grads will be accepted at this time.
• Certified Physician Assistant.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a patient volume of 15-22 patients per day, depending on the season.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• No procedures required.

The salary range for this role is $125,000-$155,000 in base pay andexclusive of any bonusesor available benefits(medical, dental, vision, life 401K, paid time off, and/or other wellness programs).The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location and benefits vary by practice.
