Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits.
- Work closely with physicians and care teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Promote patient education, health maintenance, and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (FNP preferred)
- Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC)
- Active or eligible South Carolina NP license and DEA license
- Experience in primary care or internal medicine preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a patient-centered approach
