Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Practice Details:
• 10 providers
• 100% outpatient setting or mainly outpatient setting with 1-week of Hospitalist shifts per month
• Traditional 18-22 patients per day, but you can see a lot more if you'd like
• Day consists mostly of scheduled patient visits; walk-ins can be added to schedules
• Can see all ages or only adult/geri patients
• Hospitalist week - no clinic, capped at 6 patients
• Clinic weeks - no call, no nights
• Can work ER shifts if you're interested
• Autonomy in practice - practice top-level patient care how you see fit
• Support physician interests (e.g. sports medicine, weight loss, etc.)
• Flexibility and work/life balance - attend family events, encourage to use PTO
• Private physician office
• 2 new ORs being built
• Draw area is a 200-mile radius - patients come from neighboring towns for care
• No layoffs during COVID - resilient during difficult times
• NM is not a tort reform state, but the practice is covered by tort reform - hopefully you never experience being sued, but you will be happy you have this extra layer of protection if you are sued
• High earning potential = over $700k (based on experience)
• Additional $92,400 per year for 1 week per month hospitalist shifts
• Recently named in Becker's 2025 "Great Community Hospitals" list
