- Work-Life Balance: Flexible 4-day workweek (Mon-Fri)

- Ideal Work Environment: Established practice opening brand new clinic location to include in-house pharmacy and state-of-the-art equipment
- Favorable Call Schedule: Very light call volumes - initial call vetted by RN
Compensation & Benefits :
- Competitive Base Salary: $265,000 - $341,000 base salary commensurate with experience
- Performance Bonus: Plus a Production bonus + potential quality bonus incentives
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100K
- Retirement Program: 401(k) with 5% match and immediate vesting
- Student Loan Assistance: NHSC ($75K) and PSLF is available - HPSA Score: 18
