Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Pay rate: $310/hr - $315/hr
Shift(s) Description: Need DAY and NIGHT shift providers 12hr shifts 7-7.

Details:

• Beds: 16
• Patients per day: 60
• 24 hours of physician coverage 7a-7p 7p-7a
• APP - 4 days 12 hour app and
• 3 days of 18 hour app 10am -8pm per day
• No trauma level
• No Call

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified in EM, consider FM or IM with ER experience- REQUIRED
• Active SC License or an active FCVS account REQUIRED
• Must be able to provide 2 years of case logs and complete moderate sedation

Note: All travel, lodging, car rental or mileage coverage, and malpractice with tail are covered.
