Family Practice Physician Upto $185/hr Remote

Join Mercor as a Family Practice Physician. This is a contract, remote position with a pay range of $160.00/hr to $185.00/hr, based on your skills and experience.

As a General Practitioner (GP) you will evaluate and provide feedback on model responses to health scenarios and patient queries, applying clinical reasoning to identify gaps, inaccuracies, or potential safety concerns. Your work will help ensure alignment with up to date guidelines and standards of care across primary care domains while maintaining high standards of confidentiality, ethics, and medical professionalism. You will work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

• Evaluate and provide feedback on model responses to health scenarios and patient queries.
• Apply clinical reasoning to identify gaps, inaccuracies, or potential safety concerns.
• Ensure alignment with up to date guidelines and standards of care across primary care domains.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality, ethics, and medical professionalism.
• Contribute to the development of advanced language models that support healthcare professionals and patients worldwide.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Must Have

• Medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted medical license in New Zealand.
• Minimum of 5 years of post residency clinical practice experience.
• Strong grounding in general medicine, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate medical nuance clearly.

Preferred

• Familiarity with patient relevant topics such as obesity medicine, integrative medicine, and complementary or alternative health practices.

• Earn $300 for every successful referral (restrictions may apply).
