The Southern Illinois University Center for Family Medicine is seeking an Assistant/Associate Professor to join the Geriatrics Division to provide care at the SIU Center for Family Medicine, a Federally Qualified Health Center and a Family Medicine Residency Training Program. The position will work with a team consisting of physicians, nurse practitioners, social work and nursing staff to provide care in the clinic setting, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and home visits.
