International Facilities Operations Manager - to lead as well as handle the facilities and customer support features internationally, ensuring solutions are of top quality in terms of effectiveness, performance and value, and providing a proper and professional service within agreed service levels. This role operates in a dynamic environment and offers opportunities to develop a broad range of skills while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and value-added service through best practice.
You will secure a proper and professional service and provide a safe, comfortable and operational working setting for all associates, with regard to Wellness & Security, Space and Office Planning, Office Services and Well-being Facilities, and protect the value of the company's property portfolio through Property Management, Building Maintenance and other maintenance activities.
Responsibilities- Lead international facilities operations and customer support functions to ensure high-quality service and adherence to agreed service levels.
- Establish and maintain a safe, secure, and efficient working environment for all colleagues.
- Oversee Wellness & Security, Space and Office Planning, Office Services and Well-being Facilities.
- Protect the value of the company's property portfolio through Property Management, Building Maintenance and related activities.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and deliver value-added solutions through development and best practice.
- Extensive international facilities and client support management experience related to a corporate building process.
- Commitment to exceptional service across the department for internal and external clients.
- A proven track record in change management and the ability to think laterally to drive continuous improvement and cost performance in the services provided.
- IT skills at a high level to enable first-rate service delivery and cost-effective solutions.
